Company History

Kaw Valley sells modular and manufactured homes from two retail centers located in Lawrence, Kansas and Topeka, Kansas.

Kaw Valley Homes is a modular/manufactured housing company employing 11 team members, engaging over 25 subcontractors, utilizing over 250 skilled craftsmen, engineers, draftsmen, territory managers, production personnel, and over 20 banking loan officers, processors, and underwriters, and placing homes in 17 counties in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Colorado. Kaw Valley Homes has helped nearly 3,000 families with their dream of homeownership during the past 26 years.
