The Opportunity

Kaw Valley Homes is a housing business specializing in modular homes in Northeast Kansas. We have been helping families move into our homes for over 30 years. Our business is growing and we require additional sales staff to meet our growing needs.

We are now accepting applications for Modular Home Building Consultants to work with existing leads, generate prospects, conduct sales presentations to potential customers, and compose individual home packages distinctive to each customer's request. Previous experience is a plus but not required.

Your main focus will be working one on one with families in preparing project proposals to solve their housing wants and needs.

You will also attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

What We Are Seeking:

Professional sales person who is competitive in nature, a motivated self starter, who exhibits a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work cooperatively as part of our team and possess exceptional persuasive written and verbal communication skills. This candidate must have computer skills and be detail oriented in order to accurately complete required contracts with customers.
