• Tour our model homes
• Receive an initial proposal
• Put Kaw Valley Homes to work with a design deposit and over 125 people will work towards the final plans for your project.
• Confirm that the final design is to your satisfaction and then contractors and manufacturing teams will go to work constructing your home and project.
• Receive a Home Owners Orientation from your Building Consultant and Project Coordinator.
• Then move in and start enjoying your new Kaw Valley Home!!!
