Kaw Valley Homes

Our Process

Today's modular systems are models of efficiency and quality. The building process begins in the design phase. Our modular producers use state-of-the-art, computer-assisted design stations that aid them in customizing floor plans and producing drawings and material requirement lists. Once the modular system has been designed, the building process begins.

So what makes modular systems different?

Efficiency and quality control! Efficiency begins with modern factory assembly line techniques. Your home travels to workstations where all the building trades are represented. Work is never delayed by weather, subcontractor no-shows, or missing materials. Quality engineering and modular construction techniques significantly increase the energy-efficiency of your modular home. Quality control process provides complete assurance that your home has been inspected for code compliance and workmanship. In-plant inspectors as well as independent inspection agencies inspect the home on behalf of state and local governments.

Kaw Valley employs the latest in technology from the building of the homes to their installation on our customer's site.
